Can I place one order for multiple items?
Products ship from different locations, which is why you need to place separate orders. The final number of packages and total delivery cost are displayed before checkout.

I haven’t received my order.
To ensure the highest possible quality, all our items are manufactured on demand. The expected shipping time is 3-5 business days, excluding the time our carrier takes to deliver your order. You can expect delivery within 7-15 days of shipping. However, it may take as many as 20 days due to bad weather, local mail delays and routing problems. Please know that country-specific custom policies may also delay order delivery. The dates displayed are only an estimate.

I received a damaged product.
If your order was damaged in transit, please email us a photo and additional information. We will take a look and send you a replacement immediately.

I received a defective product.
Please follow the same procedure outlined for a damaged product. We will take care of it right away.

I received an incorrect product.
Please email us a photo and include additional information (if any). We will look into it and send you what you placed an order for as soon as we can.

I didn’t receive all the items in my order.
Please recheck the package to ensure that the item is actually missing. Since our products ship from different locations, your order may get split. The item might be en route. If you still can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive it at the earliest.

I was charged, but my order did not go through.
Unfortunately, your order was not processed. Please place it again. The charges have been cancelled and refunded.

I was charged twice.
In the event that you find a duplicate charge on your card, please contact us with your order number(s) as well as your first and last name. We will trace the transaction and issue a refund accordingly.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Soon after placing your order, we will send you an email confirming we have received your order and another email when it ships.

I did not receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder and ensure we aren’t marked spam, so that emails from us are delivered to your inbox. Do check alternative email IDs that you may have used for placing the order. If that doesn’t help, please give us the order number, the date you placed it and your first and last name. If you paid using PayPal, please send us the PayPal transaction ID. We will use the information to look up your order.

How do I check my order status?
Your order confirmation email has an “Order Status” link. Click on it.

How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation has an “Order Confirmation” link. Click on it to track your order. If you’re still unable to find it, please contact us. Usually, it takes 2-3 days after your order ships before the tracking information becomes available.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to the original payment mode.
Credit card: 2-3 business days
Bank account: 7-10 days
Please contact your bank or credit card issuer if the refund doesn’t reflect in your account balance after this period.

There is no tracking information for my order.
Please don’t worry. Your order will still be delivered in 7-15 business days. If you don’t receive the item within 30 days of it being shipped, please email us and we will take care of it immediately.

Who are your international shipping carriers?
For all International deliveries, we use China Post. Once your package clears customs, it’s delivered by your local post office.

I need to change my shipping address.
Please contact customer support immediately to let us know where you’d like it shipped. We will do our best to change the shipping address. However, we can update it only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

The special characters in my shipping address are showing up incorrectly in my email confirmation.

It could be because of your email client. The address that you gave us will show up correctly on the shipping label.

My iPhone case doesn't fit my phone.
Please confirm whether the model of your case is same as the iPhone version you have. Our slim iPhone cases are designed for a perfect fit. Slide your phone into the case with the volume buttons first and then the other side. Press the top right and bottom right corners of the phone on a flat surface with both thumbs. If this doesn’t help, please contact us.

I want to exchange/return my order.
If an item is damaged in transit, defective or you’re not happy, we offer a full refund if you email us within 30 days of receiving your order. However, simply returning a damaged or defective item will not result in a refund. Please send us a photo of the item when you contact our customer support team.

I want to cancel my order.
Please contact us immediately as we can’t cancel an order after an item leaves our distribution center.

Do my shipping and billing address have to be the same?
No. During checkout, you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address.

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally, except for the Isle of Man.

Omega Cases is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. All charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
